In this case, we collect your name, organization, job title, postal address, phone number and email address. The information is added to our secure database in order to process your registration.
- You are submitting an abstract for a conference/Webinar/Workshop/Seminar run by Iris Scientific Group. In this case we collect your name, affiliation, phone number, email address, CV/bio and portrait photo. This information of name, affiliation and portrait photo will be used in any materials, including conference website, promotional material in connection with the Conference or future conferences, without any compensation to you.
Use of Information:
For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be captured during the conference. Delegates/speakers who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should inform the organizers in writing prior to the event.
Sharing of Information:
The personal information provided in connection with the registration or abstract submission will be held by Iris Scientific Group as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for the conference parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organisers may use that personal information to contact them by email, telephone or fax, in order to supply information relevant to the conference, or about other conferences, events and opportunities that the organisers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organisers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors in order for them to contact the delegates about other products and services which may be of interest to the delegates.
