Prof. Dr. Francesco Cacciola is Associate Professor of Food Chemistry at the University Messina, Italy since December, 2017. In 2018 he was short-listed in the “Top 40 under 40” The Analytical Scientist “Power list”. He is member of the editorial board of Journal of Essential Oil Research (Taylor&Francis) and Molecules (MDPI).
